Delivery
We offer shipping throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Our standard UK delivery time is 2-4 working days and is free on all orders in U.K. All UK orders will receive free delivery. We dispatch goods through either Royal Mail and/or a panel of Courier services.
We will despatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order, normally within 3 working days if the goods are in stock. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know of an estimated delivery date or offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Cancellations
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. If it arrives and you are still unsatisfied, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail received at the time of purchase for us to locate your order and we will help you from there.
Damages and issues
Because our products are made from the highest quality ingredients, we take extra care in packaging them so that they’ll arrive fresh & crunchy at your door. If, however, something should go wrong and your product arrives defective or damaged, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail received at the time of purchase for us to locate your order and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncrunched or unopened, and in its original packaging. All individual packs must remain unopened, uneaten and ready to eat. Individual packs cannot be returned on their own, but please let us know if you had any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it up to you.
Please initiate your return by replying to the order confirmation e-mail received at the time of purchase for us to quickly locate your order and process the return. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@totalxp.co.uk to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
